Given a choice of people liking you or not, everyone naturally would choose to be liked, it's human nature, especially if it's a place they always go/use.

That said, no, I do no think everyone naturally chooses to be liked by everyone wherever they go. Personally at times I've been at places regularly where I did not want to be liked, because that worked out better for me. Sometimes Leninism works, you know
