Stupid stupid me. Ment to wipe BF1942 but wiped BF2 instead. Now I have lost the case and serial No. I still have the DVD as it was in my drive. Anyone heard of EA dealing out a new code....dont laugh!!

I don't know, but if you can provide them with your online account name and POP, they may be willing to assign you a new CD key.
^ what DungBomb said. Many businesses are willing to send you a new key if you've lost your old one. So far, the only exception for me has been Microsoft. And with EA's reputation as a corporate giant, who knows? But it's worth a try. And if you ever find your old info, you can give it to a friend.
Never, EVER lose or throw away your boxes. Buy a rubbermaid storage bin for them if you have to, but keep them there. Keep all your jewel cases and game DVD boxes in one room. If you ever decide to sell a game, you can just dig all that cool stuff out, slap it together, and take it to your local trade-in.

Thanks guys, I am from UK, Northern Ireland. My Politics say I live on an Island called Ireland.
Anyhow, luckly my friend sold his graphics card and RAM to buy crack and now cant run the game, so he has given me his CD key. Hes high laying on the street corner and happy. Im back playing the game i love, im happy.....everyones a winner. Ta for all your concern, you can all sleep better knowing so.
