I designed the weapon, put it together, and posted it here with a brief description of it's capabilities. As such, this weapon is of my design and is therefore allowed to be run in the contest.
If you want it disqualified, find the first person who had the idea of a weapon which launches claymores. Then prove that their idea of it was the same design and had the same capabilities as mine. THEN you can claim my weapon was unoriginal.
While you're at it, why not remove all of the robots from the creative competition except for Ty's? After all, everyone else MUST have completely ripped off his idea of creating sentry bots from weapon parts, and therefore cannot be put in the comp?

Ty's wasn't the first either, and I completely agree that those are unoriginal and not creative.

Anyways, I never said they shouldn't be allowed by the rules of the competition. Sure, if I were running it I wouldn't, but I'm not here to argue over whether the rules are fair. I'm just explaining why voting for an unoriginal, non creative gun in the "Most Creative" poll is probably not your best bet.
