ELIGIBILITY: The ATI “Spring Loaded CrossFire™ Bundle” Drawing (the “Drawing”) is open only to residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec). Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
And something ... err ... weird :

For Residents of Canada Only: Potential winners who are legal residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill testing question (administered by telephone) without any assistance in order to receive a prize.

That's possibly the oddest thing I have ever seen in a contest.

The more I thought of it the more I like the idea.

A test like 7x9 would eliminate half of the US entrants.... improving my odds.

I think they are on to something.... they are not knocking Canadians, instead they are keeping them on their toes!  If your incapable of doing some basic math then you have other things to worry about then win prizes.

Kudos to that rule.  Additionally I am told this is not uncommon on Canadian Contests.
