Actually that suggestion only goes for 8 minutes. It won an Oscar and has the highest rated votes for that year, but you might not qualify it as a "movie". I guess they were released as such back then though. And it is probably better than having to sit through A Miracle on 34th Street, so I hope you can find it okay.Kmarion wrote:
done..
Still need subs from other ppl.

I think it will be a nice break.. an early intermission .
Guess I need to get started on The Count of Monte Cristo.
I think Miggle is going to do this with me.. any other takers?... maybe someone who is looking to flunk out of school?

BTW, awesome job on the list fellas. I posted it on FB and I've gotten a few "That's a great list" via messages.
Someone actually suggested Cinderella for 1950 since it's still open.. I loled.
Edit: That same person also said Treasure Island. Going with that to finish up the list.

I'm always reading IRC and the forums while I watch my movies.Kmarion wrote:

Makes watching foreign films nearly impossible because I miss most of the dialog.
Miggle give me a decade sub.

I've seen most of the later ones, and I cba to see the early ones.
protip: Fall asleep watching TCM.
Everyone has that one movie they should have probably already seen. Even so called movie buffs .

The whole ratings thing sounds great, but it's going to make a huge mess, especially with schloppy's beauty contest and the gun competition.
One a day over three months.. meh.

Pre 1959 the only one I've seen is The wizard of Oz
PS: the IMDB link to The Adventures of Robin Hood is for The wizard of Oz.
