Erm for the earliest year I would suggest Cleopatra? A bit long but still one of the best films every produced, just look at the extra's!
I would suggest The Dam Busters for the 1955 movie. Especially if you are into WW2 movies.

I was also going to suggest "The African Queen" for 1951 but you already have two Bogart films. It's not a bad film though if you can stand looking at Katherine Hepburn.
