What is Deviation? I was reading the Ubar and it said there was deviation for weapons, what is that? Sorry, I = n00b

It's how far the bullet goes off from dead center. As long as you know what deviation means you could have figured that one out. :p That is what it is supposed to mean, but I'm not exactly sure what units they use.
