Yes but the new homeowner can request nothing to be taken out of the home. While agree with you theres also the fact that people thought is was ok to get 500k house on 1500 month income, credit cards, term loans, car loans holiday homes, holiday loans... etc etc and saw nothing wrong with it, allot of keep up with the jones for that matter as well. Everyone hates to see houses been taken from people, I think the banks should really take a step forward and help out as much as they can.ATG wrote:
