Fact: Almost every NYC law enforcement agent in uniform with a badge and a ticket printer(and without a gun) likes to throw their weight around[by being very fuckin' strict] in to show that they have power. It also might have to do with their self-esteem/ego.

Traffic cops and Parks department employees are the worst.
