Okay so right now as im typing this i dont even know if the dog i will talk to you about his gone or still having convulsion outside. So yeah, my dog seem to have reached the end of the road...he's been having convulsion like each 20 minute in the last 2 hours....he stopped eating about 1 week ago. The SPCA (The animal shelther) is closed atm and wont be opened tomorrow. Me and my familly cant stand seeing the dog dieing slowly this way. I would like to ask you guy if you know of any good and humane way to end his suffering. Considering that i am not far from the city the .22 pills might not be an option...i'd have to make myself a self made silencer and that's a felony so. Any of you ever had to put down a suffering dog and are willing to help us maybe do the same thing.

I'd like people who dont know jack shit about this to just click the Back button and go troll somewhere else thansk

Inb4 sick fucker etc etc.

Thanks.

Google for the nearest animal hospital, which of course are open 24/7.  If you are close to a city I'm sure you'll find one.  I'm extremely sorry for your loss, I use to have a dog with epilepsy which had to be put down because it started to have 3 hour siezures regularly.

My dad snapped a cats neck once. It'd been hit by a car and was bleeding out all over the place. not a chance it would have survived.

So he pulled over, picked up the cat and snapped it's neck quickly. No collar, so he put it in the bushes at the side of the road.

Might not be an option according to the size of your dog, and it might not be 100% the nicest way to do things. Just a suggestion.

Really strong downers.
You could give him a dose of heroin, seriously.
You could also choose to quickly crush the skull and that'll be lights out completely.

Other then that animal hospital.

This is why it's always good to have some pentobarbital. In any case I would suggest OD it on herion, it'll die quickly and die pretty high.

Seriously. O and sorry of the lose.

Considering the size and how slim he is since he does not eat anymore, it would be really easy, but none of us will have the guts to kill him this way, might just phone the VET and ask for a home visit.

Yeah i couldn't do it to any animal i owned, would be far too personal. Vet's probably the best bet here.

I think you need to make a decision relatively quickly so as to reduce the suffering.

The snapping neck thing sounds like it'd be pretty difficult on a dog and you might not be able to do it, which would just put him in more pain. I'd to the .22 route. Why do you need to silence it? Because of the time of day? I've heard shooting through a dense root, like a potato, works quite well.

2 litre bottle work well, add some old clothes in it for better sound silencing. But yeah, considering there is people living near my house (Less than 10 feet) the terrain im talking...it cant really be possible...also the making of a silencer is a felony in itself....discharging a firearm within city limit is also one.

Cant, none of us will have the guts to do it, and i dont feel like having the whole fucking police force of the place on my back either...i guess letting him go might be the best choice

I guess that if the sigh of the familly make him happy even in those circumstence it would be the best of choices to be made.

Take it to a vet.

22. is sort of a ugly death. I put a cat down that way. They flop and convulse. If you have a cinder block, a shot to the back of the neck will do it.

My advice, don't spend any coin on tests. Love him, and put him down.

test are out of the questions tbh, its easy to see, he is old and on his last milles. Like ive said none of us really feel comfortable with the idea of killing him ourself...have had it for 7 years now...he was 3 years old when we had it...he have done his time. I dont even know if as i am typing this he is still alive or not.
