Yeah but don't live amoung the general populations and have become established enough that they aren't given any thought.

But they certainly do outnumber our English brethren's Chav population.

Well yeah, the total would obviously be higher. I was wondering if the % of the population being chavs was higher for them.

I said want, as in elective. Reconstructive surgery is is usually needed and recommended in most cases by doctors, especially to close up wounds, which can become infected, provide a cushioning around damaged flesh, etc.
