they have trained volunteers to help you get rid of whatever is eating your CPU usage. It has been useful to me and helped keep my wife's/daughter's computer running properly. All the crap they download!!!

You have a few things that could go but I am going to suggest you visit them

Click on the CPU tab so at the top is the process that has the highest number in

It is just explorer.exe on top, i have shut down all non essentials on the list

Yeah I can see something running in Explorer is taking a lot of resources. Tried running in safe mode?
