MrMagoo, no offence, but your friends car isn't all that fast because he is dumb. Racing clutch with nothing but IHE is pretty worthless, And GENERALLY the kid with a civic who does stuff like like buy racing clutches for a stock engine is likely to buy cheap parts anyways...

They can definitely be pretty quick cars.

And yes, Mazda does a good job

For whoever asked, American plates are just 7 random letters (I think they added a few symbols too)... For a reasonable price you can put something custom as long as its within reason.
