Of course, entrepreneurialism is working out how to achieve the maximum return for minimum effort and outlay.
If blood, sweat and tears can be avoided entirely then so much the better.

No risk, barely any outlay, max profit.

Buy to let for another. Take out bank loan, buy property, rent it out. If it works you take the profit, if it doesn't you run for the hills and the bank takes the hit.
Minimal effort, not much risk, plenty of profit potential.
