I dont think we can actually figure out if it was red for the pedestrian or cars, and the way the description is written doesnt clarify much
From what I can gather from the translated news report, the pedestrian crossed on a red crossing signal...however, the boy-racer driving was apparently taking part in a street race with the neighbouring vehicle, doing 100+kmh in a 60 limit.
