Where did I even suggest he banned him via IP? The idiocy you've just shown is astounding; I was making a point that for him to evade a ban it wouldn't be difficult at all - Apart from user name, IP is the next logical step towards finding someone evading a ban - as most countries give you a static IP by default, it's generally considered more difficult to evade a ban if you have a static IP - Proxy/Tor would be your only option.Cheez wrote:
