I'd be willing to bet it's the way lowlife scum treat girls on message boards or other internet social gatherings.

Example, playing FB poker some time ago and a girl with a nice profile pic is at the table. Then in the room is another guy who is constantly asking for her e-add and she is politely telling him that she's given in and told him her MSN but can he leave her alone. The guy persists until another person joins the room:

"WOW UR FIT, MSN????"



And that type of behaviour follows girls all around the internet. Nerds/Geeks will harras any girl on the internet which mainly drives them, as '27 said to place like MSN and FB Chat where they are not pursued by sweaty dorks.
