I am trying to get the stats for a user called Dog_I_Vet (PID: 48951498)
I have put in the username in the get stats bar.
I go into the que, wait for the aprox time till stats are retrived.

Error: You are #21 of 21 in the queue. Approximate wait time is: 01m 03s.
Error: You are #16 of 16 in the queue. Approximate wait time is: 48s.
Error: You are #3 of 20 in the queue. Approximate wait time is: 09s.
Error:  You are #20 of 20 in the queue. Approximate wait time is: 01m.
ect...

This person is ranked and does have a score of 6!

This is not a problem with this site... i loaded bf2 (game) searched that name and got exactly these stats... so either that account has been reset or somethings gone bonkers

This has been answered quite a lot. Anything below a GP score of 100 will not be in the queue anyway. If his Global Score is really just 6, he will have to play some more until he has 100 GP. Then his stats will be cached as soon as he checks his PID.

As far as I know, this is to prevent fake or double accounts from being entered in the DB.

but I agree that the error message is a bit misleading.

I just don't have a mechanisim in place to alert users that (once I do query their stats) that their score is just too damn low.
