While I agree with Boehner's general idea behind helping small businesses, I do have to wonder why the GOP instead spent most of their time helping big business over small business when they had the presidency and both houses.
So far, it looks like the GOP is better off as an opposition party than as the leading one, because unless they are forced to be opposition, they seem to contradict everything they say they stand for.
