I am deeply concerned with their actions.

Iran has a giant chip on its shoulder with regards to Britain at the minute.  They somehow blame us as being the main instigator in causing dissent during the recent election

Never mind, we have a decent record when it comes to Iranians and embassies
Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.

Oh snap.

Anyways, this is stupid, if Iran started a war they would be totally screwed as there is so much opposition in their own country that a war would provide a perfect time for revolution (also they would get raped by the coalition anyway), so threatening the lives/ arresting foreign embassy officials is a bit of a dick move.

They weren't foreign embassy official's, they were local Iranians working at the British embassy. It's quite different but it's still a big diplomatic move.

And the Iranian embassy siege back in the 80's was also different. That was a bunch of crazy Arabs who had some beef with Iran and decided to take over the Iranian embassy in London. So in that sense it was more in cooperation with the Iranians than against them.

If taking a dozen or so navy personnel won't start a war with Iran (lulz remember that) what makes y'all think a bunch of Iranians working at the British embassy will

Anyway due to the current protests etc.. if anything right now is the least point in time that Iran will be attacked by an outsider whether it's the US/UK or somehow Israel

I wouldn't read too much into what I said.  That was tongue-in-cheek.
