lol why are you telling him to change his usersettings? He might not be able to get 300fps even if he could I doubt hes running the game on 300HZ to actually use 300fps, use the stock 100fps (blank) its more than enough, the ping is up to you and so is extra and interpolation, I had a quick look at his usersettings because you said that but it does look like he's accidentally set optimal ping for 400 rather than 40, so if he gets 40 ping on average he should change it to 0.04 rather than 0.4, but it probably don't even matter, it looks like he can hit stuff and changing settings might make him not used to his playing style
