Six Flags America in Mitchelville, MD isn't bad. Pretty clean for the most part. I got a season pass for $50. The only bad thing is that the food and drink is obscenely expensive.

Yester-years: I never got a chance to go on "Batman: The Ride" because the lines were longer than usual. It is probably the last time I went to a Six Flags in Illinois.
I grew up in Houston. We had AstroWorld season passes every year so that my grandmother could get rid of us. I must've rode the Viper/Greased Lightning/all the other rides over 500+ times in my life. I will cherish those memories. Too bad AstroWorld was torn down a few years back.
Fuck the memories man. I loved that place. I basically grew up there. So many fucking Frightfests! Shit was the bomb!

I don't see how they can be bankrupt, so many people go there during the summer. the lines are ridiculous, prices are insane, it doesn't make any sense!
