BF2S Forums Do you like where you currently live?

I live in Holland, and to be honest I think it is shit. Amongst others, wheather is shit, tax rates are shit, geographical landscape is shit, food is shit, politics are shit and the people are generally just plain rude and lack any form of tradition and moral values (so I guess you could say the majority is just "shit", not menzo2003 and ghettoperson though ).

Since my family bought a summer house in France, I can spend much more time there than I used to , which I liek!

I also liked my hotel (or "xotel") in Russia, which I dare to mention here, because it didn't came anywhere near what we would understand as a hotel in the western world

Birmingham. Meh, can't complain about too much really. Don't really want to stay here though.

I used to hate Holland, then I moved to the UK and realised that Holland really isn't so bad...

And I'm not Dutch, dammit!

Denmark is ok, it's nice being back in Belgium.

Mom's house:
Sort of. Really safe neighborhood, really pretty neighborhood, and my house is spacious.

BUT

It's fucking far from everything. The only public transport nearby is a bus that comes every 30 minutes, and that's when it's running on time. You've gotta drive to go anywhere interesting.

Dad's house:
Also sort of. Interesting/hip neighborhood, cool architecture (he rents a big loft), good public transportation.

BUT

I don't like walking around some of the darker streets at night without checking over my shoulder a lot.

As for the city/metro area proper, I love it. There's actually quite a bit to do in DC and the surrounding areas. Lots of great restaurants. And I fucking love the Metro.
