He's a good friend of 1 of the bigger cheaters found in the Israel bf2 community, the other dude was caught cheating while being an admin and he sold/gave cheats to many other people .

He calls every 11-12 nub in the community noobs right away for no reason other than being an asshole...
Seen him (regman) often getting kicked by MD5 from servers..
