I have to give him a little credit. He ran on " breaking the boxes ". He wanted to change the way California does business. He placed structural ballot measures on the ballot and the voters rejected them.
The lesson from that is that when it is only union people; teachers, firefighters, prison guards and politicians voting this is what we will get.
