I have back and chest acne. The more time I spend in the sun, the better.
I've been on a bnch of different meds, creams, etc. none of it has had significant effect. Pisses me off because I'm a super clean person, 3 showers a day, always scrub my face and I still have it. Idk what to do I've tried everything under the sun : /

I had terrible acne when I was younger, and no matter what, it didn't budge. Until I took roaccutane. I drink a lot of milk and eat a hell of a lot of cheese, and it had no effect.

I tried almost everything, nothing made too much of a difference so I went on Accutane as well, for me it worked wonders. The expense and the monthly blood tests were - for me totally worth it and the acne has never ever come back.Hurricane2k9 wrote:

Edit: I did suffer quite badly from the chapped lips, to a degree my lips are still more dry than they used to be, though not bad at all. I also had no troubles with depression at all.

When I had acne I always used the Neutrogena oil-free face wash thing:
Any oil-free face wash should be fine really, I used Rite-Aid's store brand once and it still did the job. It doesn't necessarily get rid of it so much as it prevents it though. Give it a couple of weeks until it starts going away and you'll notice it won't come back, at least not as bad.
