The only real people who are going to suffer in this case are the Tax Payers. He's going to get off of the Evading charge and probably get a hefty sum from the county/city/state..

Oh you'll laugh at this.. I was at an After hours party in Hoboken and some guys show up.. The kid who lived at the house supposedly stole some money from a stripper or some shit, so these two big dudes show up. One guys goes right for the guy while the other dude is standing in the door. The girls who we know was flipping out.. So she's flipping out yelling call the cops call the cops.. I'm like are you sure, she says yes so I do.. I tell them two guys just showed up at an after hours party and was beating the shit out of some dude.. They don't show up and my friend and I leave, we're jumping in the cab as the cop car is speeding past and we take off in the cab.
