A friend of mine is actually looking into this. If you look at the source for the website, key words are MGS and Metal Gear Solid so they may announce some new MGS or a remake like Twin Snakes.
It's just announcements of announcements of more announcements. I love the MGS series, but Kojima is a pretentious prick. I don't know who's worse, Kojima for thinking he's god, or for the massive amounts of fanboys who think he's god.
Also, Kotaku was discussing it, and like Frankie said, people were checking out the source code.

Since it's a block text it could be a big block S too. I wonder if they're going to remake one of the MGS games. I bet it's going to be a remake of MGS3 on 360 or something like that. Most signs point to MGS and I say 3 because of all the grass.

kojima has already announced in an interview that they will make a new mgs game, this time featuring raidens transformation into that "thing" or at least thats the word on the internetz
