I already installed it but I cant find the icon.... so if anyone can help me.... please do so.

Did you install both the Core and Maps?
You must run project reality with pr.exe.
It is found in C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2\Mods\pr

Project Reality does not use pr.exe for .856, which is the current version. However, .866 may use their custom .exe again.
As Sniper_NM mentions, the shortcut only appears after you install Core and Maps, two separate installer files.
