Hi all,
new to this forum so apologies if i cannot find what i am looking for but have spent half hour looking.

ok i have installed patch 1.21 - Full (367MB) and have noticed that 2 of my weapons that i have unlocked, are there to be selected from the kits menu but when i get into the game i am given the standard weapon for the 2 classes which are special forces and Support, i am supposed to have the SCAR-L and i forget the name for the support gun, 1st unlock for support, has anyone else came across this??

I have emailed EA but suprise suprise 1 week later and no reply!!!

so far i have tried uninstalling and re-installing the game, deleting profiles but still no joy

post seems kinda noobish. ru clicking the button that changes the weapon. its an up and down arrow next to the weapon.

Hi this is my PID 61764549.

and yes i have pressed the arrows i have unlocks for every other kit which i can select and use.


let me just confirm, i can select the weapon from the kit menu it is when i actually go into the game itself instead of getting the scar-L or the support gun (first unlock) i am given the 1st weapon i would get which i would have as a corporal (no unlocks for any weapons) this ONLY happens with spec ops and support all other kits are fine, very very wierd i know and have ran out of things to try.

Well they're unlocked that's for certain, post a screenie of your kit select screen so we can see what u do.

I thought that once you unlocked it in SF you could only use it in original BF2? thats what I read here anyway

Thats true. You can only use the SF unlocks in Vanilla BF2, otherwise imagine the game, on Ghost Town, the Spetznaz would actually have a chance.
