So I install the incremental 1.21-1.22 patch and load the game, but it doesn't recognize that I have it updated. I reboot my computer and start the game again--no change.
I'm pretty sure somebody told me a simple way to fix this problem (by moving some files around I think) but I don't remember what it is.
