I am in San Antonio--where a nearby school district (Cibolo)--shut down for four days to scrub the school after some swine flu was found there.

People at the meeting I am attending were freaking out. Big dispenser of sanitizing hand gel at the doorway of the facility.

They looked at me like I was crazy when I pointed out that malaria kills someone every 30 seconds or so world-wide...and that less than 100 had died from swine flu thus far. With zero fatalities and very few hospitalizations in the US.

I just looked back at them and said "perspective".

Then, this new pandemic fits within that scheme. Just as the economy looks like it might turn around, you hit the globe with a virus. It doesn't even have to be all that lethal, just enough to knock everyone on their can (pun intended), and cause national economies to suffer increased costs to fight the infection while decreasing GDP. This might be enough to cause that second crash and get us to bottom out.

If this was an attack which country has the biotech to manufacture such a bug?

The top of my list is China or Iran.

Still, the best bio war agents are the ones you have already built up an immunity too. Like the invading Spanish infected the Aztec with smallpox, measles, influenza, and typhus and wiped more Aztec out through disease than warfare.

Something like swine flu is too uncontrollable. It wouldn't be released intentionally as some conspiracy theorists would have you believe, without first an immunity made available to the subjects you do not want infected.

U.N. Scientists wouldn't dare say something so accusing if they didnt really see hard evidence.

The swine flu is not made to kill people, its made to get the idea of a pandemic into peoples minds.
