Then go home, and be exceptionally thankful that you were born in a nation where the average person can live their entire life in complete innocence or ignorance that such a brutal, violent, capricious, random death is possible.

That there are large chunks of the world where the majority of the people live under this veil of innocence, is a sign that humanity has done something right over the past couple thousand years.
