It's so much more fun posing questions to users that can't respond and bumping dead topics though.

michael moore makes valid points in his videos and this scene is just shows that AMERICA IS A WORLD DICTATORSHIP, if america doesn't like the leader of a country they will invade and kill thousands for their own greed. it has happened and will continue to until the world stands up to the No.1 state sponsor of terrorism, the USA
Kinda funny how Michael Moore says this, and you believe it, yet he is not in prison or executed, and in fact is FREE to express opinions and in fact is not scared or worried about his safety for his rhetoric. Hardly a dictatorship

The thing is with MM is this, he gets rich over trashing America, it is his niche because haters like you eat it up.

Yeah, as you said, Michael more is free to express his opinions and isn't worried about his safety or prosecution for expressing his views. And he does get rich over trashing (I won't say America because it is too encompassing) American standards.

And he has become popularised because there are a number of haters who do eat it up.

Also lowing you do realize that MM being a public figure and all - his prosecution would only increase his popularity and it would actually prove him right.

So instead of doing something completely moronic like prosecuting MM, the government uses other techniques to counter such attacks - mainly by targeting less high-profile people.

Not to mention of course that MM's criticism - as far as 911 is concerned for example - is solely directed at the Republican Party. And how couldn't it - after all everybody knows that MM is the Democrats' dog. If his criticism were more balanced and true maybe he would have more problems expressing it.

It's no coincidence that the Americans for the most part take people like Ralph Nader to be some sort of clown. I take that to be the result of coordinated action by the media etc.

More importantly, the US govt. does not prosecute MM for one reason, he has a CONSTITUTIONAL right to his opinions and to his rhetoric. Not bad for a dictatorship huh?

Very true. If only the various intelligence services had the Constitution in mind when tapping phones and reading our mail... that would be great.
