I just had to make a thread about this mini series made by HBO entitled Band of Brothers. Had me crying at the end. Especially Shifty's talk with Winters.

Check it out!

I've never seen a better tribute to the men who served during the most horrible war in the history of mankind. The friendship, the pain, the horrors. Just wonderfully done, just wonderful, this series is always worth being watched at least twice.

Yes I will admit there wasn't much fighting toward the end of the war. Well it depends where. Because different Army units encountered heavy resistance. But this is from Easy company of the 101st.

I have the collectors edition tin box with pretty art on it. It's also got another DVD with over an hour and a half of bonus footage.
