Then you get a red 'P' plate, showing that you can only just drive by yourself (minimum age 17 with 100 hours of logged driving, shitsux), then GREEN 'P' plates, and people hate you less, and we get those for two years. So at a minimum, for us, we get our open licence by the time we're 20. So stop whining there.

There is a huge black market going on here as well, alot of Polish are bringing in their own brands at a faction of what they cost here.
