It would be realy cool if you could take tanks out with trowing a handgrenade into the turret like they do in movies

Problem is: "The Movies" lead you to believe that a tank crew will be gracious enough to leave the hatches unlocked for your convenience when you'd like to kill them . . .
personally i'd like to see this with the APC's. since they have those gunner slots, you should be able to drop a grenade inside- or at least be able to shoot the passengers through them.
I found out that this is almost possible. I sneaked up to a tank. "climbed" on top of it (the driver didnt notice me) and found a topgunner crouching in the turret. i droped a grenade in there and killed the gunner. The driver survived though. And if you succed u get a nice feeling inside
Well, I believe that'd be great if you were able to hang on like Indiana Jones while the tank rumbles down the street, then open the hatch without them noticing as they cap a flag.
um the clipping allows you to see that its a small box they have the gunner in, but the driver is the tank......?
I shot a soldier in an APC with my PKM at close range (He was passenger)... He might have been exiting the vehicle (Maybe he tried to rush me), but there was no corpse as the APC kept driving?? Could be glitch - I just believe I was lucky...
You probably wouldn't kill the driver anyway, as the driver is in a seperate compartment. So a couple of AT rockets will do fine.McCullough wrote:

You can killer the people in the back of the APC.
Just get behind the APC and throw a grenade in the back it will kill the gunner.
If you get behind the APC you can shoot the gunner also, the back of the APC is open.
You can also shoot your grenade launcher in the back of the APC to kill the gunner.

rizzo: um, I think you must be talking about the Hummers and Vodniks. APCs are not open in the back.

I find it funny that you can ride on top of an enemy tank without dying. I got on one and rode around with it for about a min last night. It was funny when I was shooting people and they were looking at me strange.
