You can use the command "small fart" to give yourself an extra minute.

If you scroll down when you play the game, some people already figured out all the achievements and what to do:
1="pull door", "remove pants", "sit toilet", "shit". 2="remove pants","shit". 3= "shit". 4="pull door", sit toilet", "shit". 5="kill". 6,7= "fart lightly", "take pills" and wait for the timer count down. DO NOT PRESS ENTER! 8=instead of "play" type "shit". 9="pull door" and wait. 10= get all achievements. keep this post alive
