Lets put some definition's on this:

Liberalism is a broad class of political philosophies that considers individual liberty and equality to be the most important political goals.

Classical liberalism, which emphasizes the importance of individual liberty, and social liberalism which emphasizes some kind of redistribution of wealth.

Socialists mainly share the belief that capitalism unfairly concentrates power and wealth among a small segment of society that controls capital, creates an unequal society, and does not provide equal opportunities for everyone in society.

Sorry, but that graph is BS. I've been in that lowest income bracket...you pay no taxes. Your employer might, but the individual doesn't. If that were accurate, it would show the net tax paid, which would be the amount withheld minus the amount returned after tax forms were filed. The net tax paid for the lowest incomes is zero. If you earn less than the standard deduction, you pay zero tax. It's quite simple.

Minimum wage by itself is a meaningless statistic.
