However in reality what has happened is instead of strengthening the economy all the extra money from the low interest rates and increased borrowing is being used to consume more and more. If you just mean illegal aliens then you can. if you close the boarder companies becomes less inclined to compete internationally once (or if I guess) you decide to re-open global markets.
