This is a great game. If the buying system wasn't for a limited time (eg 3, 6, 12 month membership) and just one payment for the whole thing I'd get it.

This is the first game that's made me consider paying for time instead on once. Really like $13 for 3 months will keep me entertained. by then i'll probably want a break and wait a while and pony up a little more (but at least be able to play the free part if I want to). Unlike games like WOW and such with monthly fees I could see being able to put it down and pick it up from time to time like I do with alot of games.AussieReaper wrote:

I'm crap at this. Found a track, found around 7 more of it, wandered around and found nothing.
Make sure you follow the tracks while crouched. It's a great game but you have to be patient.
If you would rather, try finding an area that seems like a nice spot and just start calling. Three half calls from the bleater should bring in the mules, easily.

FRIGGEN HELL.
Found my first deer without any tracking whatsoever (followed the sounds, gave a few bleats, followed again by crawling and stopped to look around with binocs when I got close), got a sighting and confirmation, took out the rifle, and shot it in the chest (saw its legs buckle and thought it was dead). Then I found that I missed the heart, and lost the deer. 15 minutes of sneaky, deer, then no deer.
Any tips for hitting the heart? (Range, direction deer is facing, whether to wait for a clearing)

Get the deer facing you, so that it is front on. A body shot just under the neck is perfect, because the bullet will travel through the body, possibly hit more than one organ, or if the shot goes to high, will hit the spine.
If you've wounded a deer, it may have wandered off a short distance away, start calling again and there's a chance it will come back. Or follow the blood trail and get back onto it's tracks.

the .30-06 shoots waaaay to the left... a fix is coming for it
