Well, it's good to see some optimism once in a while. Being an optimist (most of the time) myself, I welcome it.

10 bucks that when the economy comes back (I'm thinking late this year, early next) the credit gets placed on Obama.

For now, yes he can.

But the blame can only be placed on him for so long. Although, the right does love to blame Clinton for 9/11 a lot of the time.
