I read a book this past summer while over seas, it was called "FlyBoys" written by the the same author of "Flags of Our Fathers". The book "FlyBoys" was a no holds barred revelation of US history from the mid 19th century to WW2 and its relations with Japan and other Pacific nations. It basically outlines the events and action of the US and Japan that saw them turn enemies and fight in WW2. It does not paint a very flattering picture of US policy during the 80 or so years before WW2. It was an eye opener to say the least, and after reading it, Rammunition's opinions, although harsh, could be argued as legitimate.
This is not something I enjoy admitting but I gotta be true to history. It is what it is.

The thing is though, nobody denies that the US has done bad things. I don't.
