In essence it will be, but it will not be spun that way. In order to gain momentum, the minorites will have to demonize the evil white man as their oppressor. That way, they can easily tote a banner of "oppressed race" and become "the underdog", "the victim" and not a war against illegal action or entitlement in our country.

A war where you are fighting for a cause which shows you for what you are, an illegal alien or an idiot looking for a free ride, will not go very well in the press, and as we all know, wars are won and lost in the papers.
