The file size is just slightly too big, and all I have to work with is gimp.
I wanted this to be no larger than 60x60. I don't really care about the OMG at the top. So got it down to this:
But it is still
10.67 KB (10930 bytes) and I need it
10.00KB (10240 bytes) or under. 10kb preferred of course.
I don't know how to reduce quality of a gif using the gimp. If anyone could fix this it would be appreciated.
