Hi all,

Time for my community message.

Recently, my little brother, Stephen (21 years old) was killed in a car accident.

He was travelling in the back of a car with his friends and the car rolled over, flinging him through the back window, killing him instantly (No drugs, alcohol or speeding, just a stupid f@@king accident)

He was the only one in the car without a seatbelt and all his mates survived with nothing but a few scratches.

So...........please wear a seatbelt everytime you get into a car, even if you are just going around the corner, it's just not worth the consequences.

I am not after any sympathy (It doesn't do jack) but if I can save someone else's life, Stephen didn't die for nothing.

I totaly agree with you.

It takes only 2 seconds to clip your belt before going off the parking. Seriously 2 secs to save your life, I think it worth it, dont you?

I lost my friend into a same accident, out of my 5 friends in the car, he was the only one without a seat belt and took a dive out by the front windshield. He had the bad habbit to not wear a seat belt no matter where he was going in a car.

Seatbelts do save lifes, saved mine 2wice... , and the florida law requires a seatbelt to be worn.

yeah, pitty to hear that m8

but as same as with helmets , always wear those things when driving on a motorcycle , i got my own experience by crashing my scooter with 70 km/u into a parked car (road got flipped up by a tree's root)
and damages where:
Myself :
1 cut in the leg (no stitches needed)
1 smal concusion
1 day of muscle pain afterwards

Material:
Scooter tottaly fucked , repaired it for 650 €(the garage is of the company i work so i get 37% discount or else it would be 1000€)
Car:
Radiator took a big hit
engine cap scratched
Front window got a big star in it (thanks to my helmet)

if i werent wearing a helmet i wouldnt be here posting. Safety first fokes!

I try to wear a seatbelt as often as I can, I had a relative who was seriously injured in an accident some time ago.

Unfortunately, half the cars and taxis in Bangkok have their seatbelts ripped out and used to make clothes.
