My first Match frag vid. Would have done 1 sooner but no /record command in BF2 is a real pain and has stopped me many times before.

I called it Medieval because that is my alias for 1 of the BF2 clans I am playing in Footage is from the few games I have managed to record this season so far in 6v6 and 10v10 ladders.

The 10v10 uses promod

The 6v6 ladder uses Small Format Mod. In this mod - among other things changed, as medic you only have 1 med pack and medics get an M4 on USMC and AK74u as MEC. As you will see there is also no revives/shock paddles and blood puffs instead of dust now. First part is 10v10 proladdermod second part is 6v6 SFM.

Note: This is supposed to be a series of Match Footage vids. Vol. 1 Vol. 2 ect with the competition getting tougher and tougher as the ladder progresses.

Good to see someone play without proning or spraying every kill

can't really judge IQ or movement cause the UAV does most of that for you, looked like good aim but then again its promod

the blood looks pretty bad and no shockpaddles?

I'm not sure if I like that mod at all tbh. Weaker guns afaik / no shock paddles / guns LESS accurate when prone and its 6v6.

10v10 with promod is much more fun.

u should learn some decent recoil control.

wont let you need to spray that much.

and play bf2, no promod with different weapon behaviour.

It should be that way in EU as well but the spraying failers who camp on medpacks and spam nades outnumber the good players so all promod votes fail miserably.

Yeah a couple of those teams were pretty bad. But AT vs Medic that knows how to dodge ERYX / SRAW = fail.

Vol. 2 if I make it will be of better competition now we should be only vsing decent top 8 teams.

i might have no idea about promod but played on an US server once and regged like hell over there...

i never touched it again cuz i thought the weapons were modified and all you need is spray a little. no need for prayers there....

not my thing.. not that interesting to watch you lurk around for most of your kills following/waiting on the little red dots in the minimap to come closer so you can kill em - obviously not your fault that your league has UAV, but it kinda negates most of the IQ and as jamesey said movement too.

kk, fair enough. There are actually a fair amount of kills with out UAV (although UAV shows up after a couple kills a lot). But that is generally how I like to play in those matches in order to stay alive / kill / win ect.

Plus UAV bugs, supply drop bugs, altered gravity. longer draw times.

I gave up on it a few weeks ago. It's a mod that could be promising, but should be closer to vanilla BF2, than attempting to get closer to COD4.

^Just got Sony Vagas. Hopefully editing / render should be a little better next time.

Yer opponents that I vs in the vid not that good.

It doesn't look like my team is going to bother trying in the 6v6 finals where some of the best teams from this region are. Pub rush probably for rest of games. Last game we all had such bad hit reg and 2 of our players had over 200 ping. cbf with it.

There is still 3-4 good teams in the 10v10 though.

Acme for 1 is good as well as most players in F4GS, some players in Exile5, ParaBellum and vRes`. F4GS was created recently as a bit of a pisstake clan. Poking fun at all the sponsored teams around here that seem to take stuff so srs. But they do have an allstar team with the a lot of the best players in NZ/Aus and will probably win most matches / ladders if they can be bothered. Most don't really make videos much so can't really show their current skill level.
