Squatters rights.

With home foreclosures on the rise and people without homes or jobs. I see Squatter Rights coming back into play. Basically the government will tell banks that they're screwed and letting who ever is residing in the place, as long as they're paying taxes, to take up perm residence. With all that's going on county and state governments are losing money on residential property taxes which means public services are going to start going underfunding.

What i see happening:

Oppression of small business
Mandatory "community service and basic training" for a young people - future setup youth brigade style snitch army. (MARK MY WORDS!)
A rise of people who will die for their country
A splitting of the messiah and his followers and true american freedom lovers. Creating a split country.
The success of the free country will be amazing, the oppression and government slavery of the messiah will be appearent to the obama-maniacs.
The smart ones will join the free country of new america. The freeshitters, blacks, welfare breeders, poor people, unmotivated people, will live in messiah-america. But guess what? The rich will move to new america. And you know what? The rich pay an enourmous amount of the tax percentage.

That's not really what I was getting at.. But we see an enomous amount of property taxes going unpaid so sooner or later counties and states will give a benefit to people who take up residence in un occupied residence. As long as they pay taxes on it.. This will also hopefully start moving and construction of properties.

The Rich who pay the "Most" taxes, have the least amount of skills to offer, so when the messiah america happens and one side is building/farming and producing and the rich are trying to pay for these skills hopefully it will work out.

Might be true. Loans mods that are now rewriting the principal and bankruptcy judges are on their way to having the power to modify terms..

Man, having that rule enacted after you've already been forced out would suck.

Yeah well it would suck, but seriously it would actually benefit everyone.. Sooner or later the lack of income from unpaid property taxes is going to effect everyone. So solution to this(they've done it in NYC in the 90's) have people get the homes and pay the taxes, I've been reading of Sheriffs(thank god someone has morals) not kicking families out. Remember your(not yours just a general saying) rules only work if you have people willing to in force them..

The loan mods thing is fucked, excellent credit never been late have yourself a 5.25/5 % if lucky.. Miss a payment get a 4%, is bullshit.. But hey you get a higher rate but at least you have a job to pay it..

I've done a bit of drinking with a man who moved into an old Georgian house in a run down London in the 60s. The area has since become affluent and no one ever challenged him squatting there. He sold it just before the property bubble burst for for 3/4 million. All legal he had to be squatting 20 years or something.
He then went on to squander all the money by setting up a political party and fielding all sorts of lunnies in elections.
Christ he has a wikapedia page, lol : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainbow_George_Weiss

Why are people thinking this is a joke?  Is this not a real posibility?  From my point of view and from what I have heard from others, this may be the only way if things go too far.  You people have to realize this is serious business.  We are in a position we have never been before, and we are willing to protect our freedom if need be.  If that is electing officials that are willing to stand up and fix our country, or the people taking it into their owns hands remains to be seen.

Indeed, one sign we are in uncharted waters is the fact that gold and silver are beginning to slide. This could be some sign that everybody is looking to hard cash and commodities freefall.

15:30 ET Dow -88.33 at 6538.61, Nasdaq -24.99 at 1268.86, S&P -9.57 at 673.81:

[BRIEFING.COM] April crude oil rallied in the morning partially due to speculation that OPEC will once again slash output when it meets in Vienna on March 15. The April contracts finished 3.5% higher at $47.10 per barrel.

Natural gas closed 2.0% lower at $3.87 per contract; natural gas futures are sitting at multi-year lows.

April gold futures contracts closed lower by 2.7% at $917.50 per ounce after significant selling pressure in the morning trade.

May silver saw similar selling pressure during the session. The May futures contracts traded lower by 3.0% to close at $12.94 per ounce.

I thought that movie was more anti-Republican than anti-Democrat.

But that sort of movie you're supposed to take with a grain of salt anyway.
