Haven't been to Greece but used to work on a crew with a bunch of them. Always raving about the island they all came from. If the bulk of the country is similar to my mates on that crew it must be awesome.

A friend of mine goes to Amalfi all the time and loves it. I've seen pictures so I'd have to agree. You'll also get a taste of Southern Italy which, apart from being insanely poor and overflowing with mafia, is the place to be.

Greece is spectacular but it depends where you go apparently. I've heard Island hopping is the "thing to do".

All of them.

Fantastic.

All of them have nice friendly people, gorgeous food, beautiful weather and plenty of stuff to see/do.

Istanbul is the weakest on that list, further south along the coast (Altinkum) is where its at

Greece is awesome, really cool country especially if you're really into history because there's so much to see. Haven't been to that particular part of Italy, but that too is a great country to visit, again with lots of stuff to see. Haven't been to Turkey.
