It's a shot from north village, range is around 900m. A solo takedown is achievable from almost any combination of spawns, in either of the vehicles there if you are on top of your game. I recommend using an attack marker as the length of the shot calls for a fair deal of accuracy.

There actually not that hard to figure out, some local servers as commander should fit well.
